ホント驚きました。ありがとうございます。
せっかく素敵な機会をいただいたので、
みなさんに楽しんでいただけるように頑張ります。
得意分野は、簡単！楽チン料理です。
できるだけ手順を省いて、
なんで、こんな簡単なのに、この味に？？？？
って、皆さんを驚かさせられるような、そんな料理をどんどんUPしていこうと思っています。
もちろん！男性の方にも喜んでもらえるように、
少しガっツリとしたメニューも載せていこうと思っていますので
ぜひ宜しくお願いします。
それでは、記念の
第１回目は、僕の定番しゅうまいを紹介しますね！
『彩り！温野菜しゅうまい』
レンジでしゅうまいと温野菜を一緒に作ってみようという新しいものです（笑）
これなら、お肉も野菜と一緒にとれてナイスでしょ！
作り方は、もちろん簡単！！
混ぜて丸めてレンジでチン。
しかも野菜からの水分でしゅうまいが
蒸されるから、蒸し器いらずだよ！！
余ってる野菜なら、実際なんでもOK!
でもね！かぼちゃは、入れてほしいかも。
ホクホクで絶対おいしいから！
しゅうまいの食感をよくするために
刻んだアスパラを具にも入れました。
癖がなく食べれると思うので、お子様にもオススメですよん。
・彩り！温野菜しゅうまい
■材料（二人分）
・豚挽き肉 １００ｇ
・玉ねぎ 1/4個 （みじんぎり）
・アスパラ １本 （小口切り）
・オイスターソース 小さじ２
Ａ ・しょうゆ 小さじ１
・砂糖 小さじ１
・酒 大さじ２
・片栗粉 小さじ２
・シューマイの皮 １５枚（千切り）
・パプリカ 適量（１ｃｍ角にカット）
・レタス ２枚 （大きめにカット）
・かぼちゃ 適量（スライス）
・アスパラ ２本（３ｃｍの長さで斜めにカット）
・ポン酢 適量
・辛子 適量
■作り方
�．棔璽襪烹舛鬚い譟△佑个蠅�出るまでよく混ぜ、１０〜１２等分の団子状にする。
��刻んだシューマイの皮を全体にまぶし、中央にパプリカをのせ、レタスをしいた耐熱皿に並べる。
濡らしたキッチンペーパーをのせ、その上からふんわりラップをし、レンジ（600w）で２分加熱、
取り出し、かぼちゃ、アスパラをのせ、さらにレンジで２分加熱し完成。
お好みで、ポン酢、辛子をつけて召し上がれ。
※ポイントは、オイスターソース！！
オイスターソースをシュウマイの具に加えると魚介の旨味も加わり、
さらにグッと味が本格的になります。絶対オススメ！

I was playing a 720p DTS MKV movie in MPC (from latest K-Lite Megapack). It's a 1h 45m movie and at about 1h 18m, it froze and started playing the beginning of the movie. This is the second time it's happened watching a MKV movie.
I watched the rest in VLC 1.01 on OS X 10.5.8 and it worked fine. Any idea why this would happen? I ran MKV successfully all the time in XP.
Macbook C2D 2.0 GHz with 2 GB of RAM
Running Windows 7 32-bit (on Boot Camp).

I have this issue (well, I have many issues, but this one is the one I write _you_ about).
I'm making a guide for ripping DVDs, turning them into CVDs (yes, China Video Disc, not VideoCD), burning them to CD, later on once we get cash, getting them from the CD, joining them back as one video stream and burning them to DVD-R.
Ok, so far everything works perfectly, CVDs play nicely from CD when played with various players, like Pioneer. They also burn back to DVD-R and play nicely from there as well.
The problem is what the topic states:
-How do I Demux subtitles from CVD/SVCD?
-What authoring software allows subtitle imports and what formats do they support?
-How do I convert the stuff what I get out from CVD to this format?
Help me and you help AfterDawn to get one more guide :-)

I have winavi 8.0. When I try to convert my avi, that has a 25fps, to a mpeg with a 29.97fps, it always come out the same.
The fps have not been changed.
I went to "DSHOW Decoder-decoder adjust" and changed the fps from auto to 29.97.
When the mpeg was done, it's fps was still 25fps.
Can anyone tell me how I can get my avi converted to a mpeg with a fps of 29.97?
I would really appreciate your help.
