Remove the stems from mushrooms. Place cap on buttered dish.
Chop stems of mushroom. Preheat oven to 200C.
Melt butter and add shallots and cook till soft. add garlic.
Add stems and cook for 10 min on medium heat. S&P.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in ham, breadcrumbs and parsley.
Fill each cap with filling and bake for 10-15 min and serve!
