【作り方】
- Remove the stems from mushrooms. Place cap on buttered dish.
- Chop stems of mushroom. Preheat oven to 200C.
- Melt butter and add shallots and cook till soft. add garlic.
- Add stems and cook for 10 min on medium heat. S&P.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in ham, breadcrumbs and parsley.
- Fill each cap with filling and bake for 10-15 min and serve!
