Creamy inside and hard on the outside! Rich french desert!

【人数】:分 【調理時間】:30分~1時間
【材料】
Cream 400ml
Vanilla beans 1/2
Sugar 30g
Egg yolk 3

【作り方】

  1. Heat cream with vanilla until just before boiling.
  2. Beat yolk and sugar in a bowl and add in the hot cream.
  3. Strain into 4 ramekin dishes.
  4. Place the ramekins on a baking dish & fill hot water halfway
  5. Bake covered 180C for 22 min. Cool the refrigerate.
  6. Spoon sugar on top of custard and torch to brulee the sugar.
