【作り方】
- Heat cream with vanilla until just before boiling.
- Beat yolk and sugar in a bowl and add in the hot cream.
- Strain into 4 ramekin dishes.
- Place the ramekins on a baking dish & fill hot water halfway
- Bake covered 180C for 22 min. Cool the refrigerate.
- Spoon sugar on top of custard and torch to brulee the sugar.
